Business Intelligence Senior Analyst (Edina, MN)

- Perform data collection and ingestion from various complex sources and use cleansing techniques that detect errors, handle missing values, and remove duplicates.
- Design and develop ETL processes and scripts
- Participate in building and maintaining the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Data Marts.
- Build conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support analytical needs.
- Perform data exploration and visualization
- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL and reporting issues, and identify, test, and resolve root causes of bugs and bottlenecks in data solutions to minimize production issues and improve productivity
- Optimize ETL pipelines, stored procedures, and SQL queries to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Conduct unit testing for ETL pipelines and Power BI dashboards/reports prior to QA deployment.
- Implement automated deployment of data solutions across environments using CI/CD pipelines to reduce manual errors.
- Create technical documentation, including High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documents for all deliverables.
WAGE: $153,358/yr.
SCHEDULE:
40 hrs/wk
- Masters in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- 6 years of experience in designing, developing, implementing, and supporting business intelligence reports and dashboards
- 6 yrs exp w/gathering and documenting reporting requirements with cross-functional teams
- 6 yrs exp w/translating business needs into data solutions and reporting specifications
- 6 yrs exp w/developing and maintaining data marts, reports, and dashboards
- 6 yrs exp w/providing production support and troubleshooting data and reporting issues
- 6 yrs exp w/performing data analysis and quality assurance testing
- 6 yrs exp w/generating routine and ad hoc reports
- 6 yrs exp w/interpreting data and presenting findings through reports and dashboards
- 6 yrs exp w/assisting with projects and mentoring team members
