Contract Duration: 4 Months (with renewals)

• 4+ years of Business Execution experience

• Lead or contribute to the management and support of technology product and service delivery for high-profile business unit clients, playing a key role in large-scale solutions planning within Technology Business Services.
• Work on the Varicent compensation application to ensure effective compensation management.
• Champion service quality and cost efficiency in all solution implementations.
• Collaborate with technology teams to review customer information and execute complex technical initiatives that impact multiple lines of business or the overall enterprise.
• Ensure compliance with risk management requirements for supported areas, coordinating with stakeholders to implement critical risk-related initiatives.
• Make informed decisions in complex, multifaceted situations by managing multiple medium-scale technology development projects, influencing broader teams, and driving new initiatives.
• Work closely with both the technology team and senior management within Technology Business Services to address IT challenges and deliver optimal solutions to clients.
• Provide expert guidance on adopting and leveraging new technologies.
