Location:
Minneapolis, Minnesota (5 days Onsite)
Job Description:
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting for end-user desktop and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems related to operating systems and applications including but not limited to Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Intune.
- Communicate and collaborate comfortably with Customer executives and end users.
- Collaborate with Customer IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
- Document all support activities, including resolutions, in Customer’s ticketing system.
- Ensure compliance with Customer IT policies and procedures.
- Manage incoming inventory, including new and used AMC hardware, returned legacy rich clients, and other items as requested by Customer.
- Reimage laptops to new version of image.
