The Ceva Veterinary Services Manager (VSM) is a vibrant, intelligent and motivated thought leader. Ceva VSMs exemplify our core values of customer passion, entrepreneurial spirit, innovation and solidarity and use their unique veterinary expertise to support our internal and external customers through engagement, education and empowerment.

The ideal candidate is a sales-minded veterinarian skilled at interpreting complex scientific materials and effectively communicating a technically accurate, customer-focused marketing message via a hybrid communication strategy (in- person and virtually). Communications are delivered in-clinic, in-conference (nationally and regionally) and virtually to support the sales and marketing team objectives with outstanding customer focus. Persuasive and engaging public speaking and interpersonal communication skills are required.

A strong partnership between the veterinary services team and other internal customers (sales, marketing, strategic accounts, retail and pharmacovigilance) enables communication and collaboration. The VSM’s perspective as a veterinarian is invaluable for internal customers. This approach and the VSM’s technical expertise create positive positioning for the company and our products, nationally and globally. Ceva VSMs have the unique opportunity to work closely with the marketing team in the development of scientifically robust, technical marketing messages and materials, articles, videos, and social media.

The Ceva VSM provides exceptional support to their peers, our external customers. External customers include veterinarians in general practice, specialty practice, academic institutions and other influential, veterinary key opinion leaders. The role of the VSM includes regional and national identification, development and management of key opinion leader relationships to the end-goal of facilitating support for our products. VSMs build product support through application of technical data, influence and impeccable communication with their peers, other veterinarians, in the field.
