Associate Level 3 Support Analyst

Anaplan is seeking a tenacious Support Analyst to join our Level 3 support team. The position is based in Minneapolis, MN and requires presence in the office at least two days per week.

• Investigate complex issues raised by customers.
• Communicate the progress of issues/fixes to technical and non‑technical users.
• Use problem‑solving and creativity to derive solutions for users.
• Guide users through sophisticated solutions.
• Detail investigations of new issues.
• Prioritize customer cases within your queue.
• Raise bugs where appropriate.
• Onboard new features and changes to the support teams.

• Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field that involves large and complex data sets.
• Early‑career or graduate analyst experience preferred.
• Quick learner with a desire to understand sophisticated systems and software behavior.
• Passion for problem‑solving and persistence when vital.
• Analytical skills with a methodical approach.
• Ability to work under time constraints in an exciting environment.
• Ability to switch focus as priorities change.
• Good communication skills, able to convey technical information clearly.
• Experience with data analytics tools or Excel (preferred).

Base Salary Range: $60,000 – $86,000 USD.
