Define, plan, and manage end-to-end project activities across supply chain and engineering system transformations.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessments, and status reports.
Serve as the central point of contact between internal stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and engineering departments.
Track deliverables and ensure alignment with business objectives, scope, and budget.
Support redefinition of supply chain processes during SAP migration.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and manufacturing teams to document current and future-state processes.
Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in line with industry best practices.
Lead or coordinate the migration of legacy CAD data (Solid Works) to a Inovia platform (e.g., Autodesk Vault, Siemens Teamcenter, or PTC Windchill).
Work with design engineers to ensure data integrity, file mapping, and compliance during transition.
Establish protocols for file versioning, storage, and access control.
Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams for engineering and supply chain workflows.
Ensure alignment with ISO standards, industry regulations, and internal QAQC protocols.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to gather inputs and validate processes.
Support data cleansing, mapping, and validation for materials, BOMs, routings, and vendor data.
Coordinate with SAP functional and technical teams to define requirements and test scripts.
Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide documentation and training for business users.
