FTOS / File Transfer Support Role

Experience with Axway and Connect:

Direct (NDM) required Focus on production support and operations The Infrastructure Engineer 3 – FTOS is responsible for supporting file transfer and infrastructure systems, ensuring system stability, performance, and reliability in a production environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Infrastructure / Operations experience
• Experience with Axway (Required)
• Experience with Connect:
  
  Direct / NDM (Required)
• Basic troubleshooting and production support skills
