AI Adoption Leader / Program Manager

Trissential is hiring an AI Adoption Leader / Program Manager to join our client's team and lead their internal AI community. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Build, activate, and sustain Copilot Champion and AI Ambassador networks
- Plan and manage logistics for AI community events, trainings, demos, and showcases
- Capture and amplify AI success stories ("hero stories") through posts, videos, and internal communications
- Develop engaging content including newsletters, short videos, intranet posts, and internal campaigns
- Coach leaders and champions on activating AI adoption within their teams
- Moderate internal forums, respond to questions and feedback, and surface emerging needs
- Track adoption challenges and barriers, escalating insights to program leadership
- Use tools like SharePoint and Teams to publish content and manage community communications
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 5+ years of experience in program management, internal communications, or community engagement
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working independently in environments with ambiguity
- A curious, AI-forward mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovation
Bonus Points If You Have
- Background in marketing, communications, or employee engagement
- Experience with SharePoint, Teams, or other internal collaboration platforms
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
- Experience organizing hackathons, demo days, or internal technology showcases
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Certifications in Project Management or Communications are a plus

- Competitive Compensation – $80–$90 per hour. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
