Workday Functional Consultant

This is an excellent opportunity for a Workday professional with hands-on Core HCM experience who enjoys solving business challenges, improving HR processes, and delivering scalable technology solutions.

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document Workday HCM requirements.
• Configure, enhance, and optimize Workday Core HCM functionality.
• Translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions.
• Design and improve Workday business processes, workflows, and automation.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production releases.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, HR, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support Agile ceremonies, product backlog refinement, and release planning.
• Recommend process improvements and drive continuous optimization of HR technology solutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience.
• Strong experience with Workday Core HCM configuration and support.
• Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, prototyping, testing, and implementing Workday enhancements.
• Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience configuring Workday in a global environment.
• Knowledge of Workday Business Process Framework.
• Experience with Offer Letter Configuration, Job Requisition s, and Dynamic Job Application Configuration.
• Familiarity with Jira and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of HR functions including Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting, Staffing, and Benefits.
• Experience designing complex workflows and business rules.
• Ability to identify process improvements and recommend scalable technical solutions.

*** Pay Range- $65.00-$71.00/hour
