Provation is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery within our anesthesia software teams. As a servant leader, you will coach cross-functional groups of developers, QA, clinical experts, and product stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant software that improves patient safety and workflow efficiency.
You will facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs, and drive continuous improvement with data-driven retrospectives.
