MQ Administration
Location:
Minneapolis, MN (Onsite) Duration: C2C Contract
Experience:
10+ Years
- Minimum 5+ Years of Experience in MQ Administration.
- Refresh Pack and Fix Packs to upgrade MQ version (Unix, Linux)
- Created MQ objects in all environments
- Monitored log files of clusters and queue and Queue managers
- Configured Repository Queue managers into a Cluster Environment
- Opened PMRs with IBM and documented the Fixes
- Cleared Queues using MQ Commands and the MQMON monitoring tools
- IBM Websphere MQ Series
Good To Have Skill:
- Experience with IIB/Message Broker integration with SAP
- Good understanding of SSL concepts and its implementation in Data Power and IIB
- Experience in Developing message flows using MQ, File, Routing, HTTP, Transformation, Construction, Email and Database category nodes
- Good Experience with Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Methodologies
- Experience with Creating MQ objects like Queue managers, Queues, Channels, Listeners, Topics, and Subscriptions etc.
