Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Data Management Analyst 4 to join their team. As a Data Management Analyst 4, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Gather, document, and manage business and data requirements to support enterprise initiatives.

+ Analyze large datasets to identify trends, insights, and data quality issues.

+ Perform data profiling, validation, and reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity.

+ Translate business needs into actionable data and reporting requirements for technical teams.

+ Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate business sign-off activities to ensure deliverables meet expectations.

** What's Needed?*
* + Strong SQL and data analysis skills with experience working with large-scale data warehouses.

Experience with GCP data environments, including Big Query.

+ Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills.

+

Experience with data quality, validation, and reporting processes.

+ Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across teams.
