Serve as the primary functional consultant for SAP S/4
HANA Embedded EWM (or decentralized EWM, as applicable) and 3PL integrations in an Application Management Services (AMS) Engagement. Own steady-state support, defect resolution, minor enhancements, and continuous improvement for warehouse and logistics execution processes, ensuring stable operations and SLA adherence.
Key responsibilities (AMS-focused)
- Provide L2/L3 functional support for SAP EWM and 3PL-connected warehouse processes (incident/problem/change/service requests).
- Perform triage, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for warehouse execution issues (inbound, outbound, internal movements, inventory).
