ABOUT YOU:
Are you a strategic digital thinker with a passion for customer-centric innovation and cross-functional collaboration? Jostens is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution for our growing suite of digital platforms, including , JostensPIX, Mascot Shop, and B2B2C. This role will be instrumental in shaping a seamless and engaging digital experience that drives business results across multiple sectors—including Scholastic, Yearbook, College, and JostensPIX.

YOU WILL:
- Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with Technology, UX, Data Analytics, Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Enablement teams to deliver an integrated digital product strategy.
- Shape and Prioritize the Roadmap. Identify opportunity spaces and guide capability enhancements that align with business objectives and consumer needs.
- Translate Insights into Action. Analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and platform analytics to recommend relevant features and capabilities.
- Define Requirements and Drive Execution. Translate business goals into clear user stories and functional requirements; participate in agile development sprints, testing, and releases.
- Champion User Experience. Collaborate with the UX team to implement best-in-class customer experiences that drive engagement and conversion.
- Measure and Optimize. Partner with Data Analytics to define KPIs, measure performance, and deliver data-driven insights to fuel iteration and improvement.
- Advocate for the Customer. Apply consumer research and usability testing methodologies to ensure product development stays rooted in user needs and delivers measurable business value.
- Travel:None to minimal. Less than one week/year.
- Education. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience. 4+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing roles; B2B and B2C e-commerce experience preferred.
- Agile Mindset. Proven experience delivering iterative improvements within an agile development process, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Digital & Analytics
Expertise. Deep understanding of web analytics (e.g., GA4), e-commerce technologies, and emerging tools to enhance digital experiences. Proven ability to translate digital metrics into business performance and value. - ROI-Focused Decision Making. Ability to build business cases and evaluate return on investment for new features and digital capabilities.
- Strategic Problem Solving. Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiation skills with the ability to balance competing priorities.
- Self-Starter Mentality. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving progress in uncertain or evolving environments.
- Communication & Leadership. Outstanding collaboration, presentation, and partner leadership skills, with a track record of aligning stakeholders across functions.
- Customer Obsession. A deep understanding of user behavior, experience in research/testing, and a focus on delivering best-in-class digital journeys.
- Technical Fluency. Comfort learning new systems and technologies that can be incorporated into the broader digital ecosystem.
