We are looking for a Talent Technology Supervisor to lead Workday Advanced Compensation efforts. This position will guide compensation technology strategy, partner closely with HR and business stakeholders, and ensure scalable, effective solutions that support compensation programs. The role combines hands-on functional expertise, team leadership, and strong collaboration across technical and operational groups to improve system performance and user experience.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong working relationships with business partners, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities and drive confidence in Workday Compensation solutions.
- Serve as a strategic advisor on Workday design, applying design-thinking practices to evaluate opportunities, shape solutions, and influence future functionality.
- Provide subject matter leadership for Workday Compensation by overseeing configuration decisions, process design, and technology support for compensation programs.
- Partner with HR and compensation leaders to understand roadmap priorities, assess emerging needs, and deliver solutions within agreed timelines and resource limits.
- Direct the intake and prioritization of compensation-related projects, enhancement requests, issue resolution, reporting needs, and security access activities in alignment with HR objectives.
- Analyze current Workday Compensation setup to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and operational risks, and recommend improvements across plans, eligibility rules, review cycles, and related business processes.
- Create and maintain functional documentation, project plans, test strategies, and readiness activities to support successful delivery and adoption of system changes.
- Lead testing oversight and production readiness efforts, ensuring compensation updates are validated thoroughly and evaluated for upstream and downstream impacts.
- Supervise and coach a team of analysts by setting priorities, reviewing configuration quality, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and technology enablement.
- Monitor upcoming Workday releases, assess new features, and recommend enhancements that improve compensation processes and the experience of employees and managers.
