Job Description:

Sr Business Analyst Required Experience
· 12–15 years of Business Systems Analysis experience. Strong expertise in Claims/insurance segment Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, SOP analysis, gap analysis, and Agile delivery. Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have
· Experience working on AI-led transformation programs, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, Conversational AI, or Intelligent Automation initiatives. Ability to identify AI use cases and translate business workflows, SOPs, and operational knowledge into AI-enabled solutions. Exposure to AWS/Azure, healthcare data, EDI/FHIR, and modern data platforms. Mandatory

Experience:

8-10 Years. The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
