• Conduct detailed analyses to understand and explain business problems and utilize standard analysis skills
• Create clear and actionable Data Science roadmaps and supporting business cases
• Communicate Data Science methodologies to non-technical audiences
• Work with digital design and engineering practices on end-to-end solutions
• Identify the right data science and machine learning solution for the client’s problem

• At least 2 years of Data Science experience
• Fluent in SQL and Python
• Experience seeing through a data science project from scoping to solution
• Fundamental knowledge of advanced analytics topics such as probability, hypothesis testing, research design, and machine learning algorithms
• Experience communicating your results visually
• Experience deploying models into a cloud environment
• Experience building applications that leverage GenAI/LLMs

This role requires the willingness and ability to be onsite at the Inspire
11 or client location depending on project needs to maximize in-person collaboration and build stronger relationships.

We also believe that the most critical factors driving compensation should be an Eleven’s skill, experience, performance, responsibility, and effort.

We may also consider an employee’s length of service, relevant education, training, or certification, and the requirements of a specific job. We may also consider whether the cost of living or competition for talent in specific markets requires adjustments in compensation for employees in those markets. Our goal is to fairly compensate all our Elevens based on these factors within the Company’s financial ability.

Compensation may be increased or decreased at Inspire
11’s discretion based on an employee’s performance reviews, market conditions, and the Company’s financial performance. Inspire
11 will always notify an employee in writing before any change is made to their compensation.
