Junior Pse
- Product Service Engineer

Must have:
- Understand how the application works from a user perspective
- Talk to users and gather issue details
- Investigate support tickets and recurring problems
- Basic root cause analysis
- SQL queries to validate data and investigate issues
- Linux/Unix command line
- Cloud Watch / Grafana monitoring tools
- AWS familiarity (S3, Lambda, Step Functions, Cloud Watch)
- Ability to reproduce issues in a local/test environment
- Understanding of how bugs move through the SDLC process
Experience:
- Probably 2-4 years
