Service Dispatch

Securitas Technology seeks a Service Dispatch professional to coordinate field service for electronic security and life safety systems. In this role, you will receive and prioritize inbound service requests, dispatch technicians, and manage schedules to meet SLAs for commercial and enterprise clients. You will document all activities in service platforms, communicate status updates to customers, and collaborate with monitoring and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Receive and prioritize inbound service requests for electronic security and life safety systems.
• Dispatch field technicians and schedule appointments based on urgency, SLAs, and technician availability.
• Coordinate daily routes, follow up on open work orders, and adjust schedules as needs change.
• Communicate clearly with customers on ETAs, service status, and next steps.
• Accurately document calls, issues, and resolutions in dispatch and service management systems.
• Collaborate with monitoring, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Support technicians with basic troubleshooting information and job details before arrival.
• Monitor job progress, escalate critical issues, and help ensure on-time completion.
• Adhere to safety, security, and data privacy procedures in all interactions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of dispatch processes and customer experience.
