Field Service Engineer

PwrQ Holdings LLC seeks a Field Service Engineer to support technology and data infrastructure across its portfolio companies. You will install, configure, and maintain field-deployed systems, troubleshoot hardware, networking, and software issues, and ensure high reliability for critical business applications. Partnering with investment, operations, and IT teams, you'll analyze performance data, document standards, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain field-deployed hardware, networking, and software systems
• Diagnose and resolve on-site and remote technical issues for portfolio companies
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks to ensure reliability and uptime
• Document configurations, procedures, and support playbooks for repeatability
• Collaborate with investment, operations, and IT teams to understand business requirements
• Analyze performance and incident data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities
• Implement upgrades, patches, and configuration changes with minimal disruption
• Train end users and local administrators on system use and basic troubleshooting
• Ensure compliance with security, data protection, and operational standards
• Participate in on-call rotations and support escalations for critical incidents
