Job Details:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced IT Endpoint Engineer to join our team. This role is integral to our IT operations and is responsible for managing and maintaining our endpoint infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a deep understanding of endpoint technologies and an ability to quickly adapt to new technologies. This role will work closely with our IT and legal teams to ensure the smooth operation of our endpoint systems.
Responsibilities- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot endpoint systems, including but not limited to Okta, Terraform, and Intune.
- Implement and manage endpoint security measures, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive legal data.
- Develop and implement automation strategies for routine tasks, leveraging technologies such as Power Shell, Python, and Bash.
- Oversee identity and access management (IAM) processes, including user provisioning and access control.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure endpoint systems align with overall IT strategy and objectives.
- Conduct regular system audits and generate reports on endpoint performance and security.
- Stay updated on the latest endpoint technologies and industry best practices, making recommendations for improvements as necessary.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users on endpoint-related issues.
- Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring endpoint requirements are met.
- Develop and maintain documentation for endpoint systems and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an IT role, with a focus on endpoint management.
- Proven experience with endpoint technologies such as Okta, Terraform, and Intune.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation, with skills in Power Shell, Python, and Bash.
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM), particularly Entra .
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint issues.
- Knowledge of legal industry IT requirements and data security standards.
- Strong communication skills, with an ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Relevant professional certifications, such as CompTIA A+, are a plus.
