This role is crucial for developing future IT professionals, providing them with diverse hands-on projects, real-time training, and exposure to key business partners and company leaders within a one-year rotation-based program.

The program aims to integrate new talent into various technical tracks, offering a pathway to permanent placement within a leading global organization.

• Mission:
  To provide new Associates with a comprehensive one-year rotational experience across various IT functions, developing their technical skills and business understanding within a global enterprise.
• Tech Stack: AI

• Exposure:
  Gain familiarity with products, skills, and technologies, including AI, utilized across a global IT enterprise.
• Project Participation:
  Explore and contribute to projects and initiatives spanning multiple IT Departments and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements.
• Solution Development:
  Assist in the development of technological solutions and design applications that support business needs.
• Analysis and Documentation:
  Conduct needs assessments, perform feasibility studies, analyze data, and create essential process documentation.
• Quality Assurance:
  Develop test requirements and execute test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions.

• Background:
  Entry-Level. Four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited program preferred, with strong encouragement for majors in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or Risk Management.
