Allianz Technology of America (ATA) supports the company’s global IT enterprise by fostering talent in areas like Software Development, Production Support, IT Transformation, and Dev Ops. This role is crucial for developing future IT professionals, providing them with diverse hands-on projects, real-time training, and exposure to key business partners and company leaders within a one-year rotation-based program.
The program aims to integrate new talent into various technical tracks, offering a pathway to permanent placement within a leading global organization.

- Mission:
To provide new Associates with a comprehensive one-year rotational experience across various IT functions, developing their technical skills and business understanding within a global enterprise. - Tech Stack: AI
- Exposure:
Gain familiarity with products, skills, and technologies, including AI, utilized across a global IT enterprise. - Project Participation:
Explore and contribute to projects and initiatives spanning multiple IT Departments and collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements. - Solution Development:
Assist in the development of technological solutions and design applications that support business needs. - Analysis and Documentation:
Conduct needs assessments, perform feasibility studies, analyze data, and create essential process documentation. - Quality Assurance:
Develop test requirements and execute test cases to ensure the quality and functionality of solutions.
- Background:
Entry-Level. Four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited program preferred, with strong encouragement for majors in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or Risk Management. - Experience:
0-1 years of relevant technical and business work experience recommended. - Skills:
Application design, Solution development support, Requirements analysis, Quality assurance testing, Process documentation. - Bonus:
Related internship experience is preferred.
