Principal Salesforce Technical Architect Job Minneapolis area,Minnesota USA,IT/Tech

We’re actively seeking a Principal Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise Salesforce architecture and transformation initiatives for a global medical device organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce architecture, technical strategy, standards, and governance.
Design and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
Lead enterprise integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Web Methods, middleware, and external systems.
Partner with business and IT leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Lead architecture through implementation, testing, deployment, and production stabilization.
Mentor Salesforce developers, administrators, and technical leads.

Required Skills

12+ years IT experience with 10+ years Salesforce development/architecture.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, and integrations.
Deep Experience Cloud architecture experience, including authentication, security, portals, and external users.
Experience with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AI-powered Salesforce solutions.
Experience with Git/Bitbucket, CI/CD, Dev Ops, and Copado.
Strong communication, architecture, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to Have:
Salesforce certifications, healthcare/regulated industry experience, and enterprise CRM transformation experience.
