We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst II with strong expertise in data visualization and business intelligence to support performance reporting initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing complex datasets, developing dashboards, and enabling data-driven decision-making. The position requires proficiency in Tableau, SQL, and cloud-based data platforms, along with the ability to work independently and collaborate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and produce reports using claims data to assess products and programs.
  • Utilize analytics to explore data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Develop prototype and production-ready metrics and dashboard visualizations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in business intelligence by supporting and training stakeholders on data visualization and interpretation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and document solution designs.
  • Maintain and optimize dashboards, ensuring accuracy and performance.
  • Identify and address data quality issues and support data governance efforts.
  • Document methodologies and specifications to enable end-user self-sufficiency.
Required Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of experience working with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience working on large datasets.
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Google Cloud (Big Query).
  • Ability to analyze complex data and present insights effectively.
  • Strong ability to work independently and manage tasks proactively.
  • Knowledge of data visualization best practices and business intelligence concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as SQL, Java, or Visual Basic.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or similar domain.
  • Advanced degree such as an MBA or related field.
