Factory IT Support Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Factory IT Support Technician to join their team. As a Factory IT Support Technician, you will be part of the Factory IT Support team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong service orientation, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $28.75

** What's the Job?*
* + Support factory IT operations at wafer manufacturing sites, including Springtown and Normandale.

+ Install, maintain, and troubleshoot factory PCs and related systems according to established standards.

+ Ensure security compliance by applying patches, updates, and managing endpoint security measures.

+ Respond promptly to help desk tickets, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.

+ Collaborate with global IT teams to support system upgrades, projects, and planned maintenance activities.

** What's Needed?*

Experience with PC setup, installation, and troubleshooting on Windows/Linux operating systems.

+ Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.

+ Ability to work independently in a self-directed environment and manage multiple priorities.

+ Experience supporting factory or manufacturing IT environments is preferred.

+ Knowledge of service management tools such as Service Now, JIRA, or similar platforms is advantageous.
