Finance Transformation Intern

• Participate in client and internal project meetings with senior consultants and business leaders.
• Assist with key phases of the project life cycle, from requirements gathering through solution delivery.
• Learn how consultants approach real-world business challenges and craft innovative solutions.
• Gain exposure and training to EPM technologies, including One Stream and Oracle EPM Cloud.
• Contribute to internal initiatives, with the chance to see work applied to live projects.
• Create and deliver a capstone presentation to firm leadership at the end of the internship.
• Build a foundation in enterprise technologies and consulting while working side-by-side with clients on meaningful projects.

• Projected 2028 or fall 2027 graduate.
• Bachelor's Degree focused in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong interest in both finance and technology, with a desire to explore consulting as a career.
• Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and communicate insights.
• Team-oriented mindset, leadership potential, and excellent communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
• Exposure to ERP, SQL, or reporting tools is a plus.
• Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments.
• Willingness to travel if needed.
