Marketing AI Analyst

Description We are looking for a Marketing AI Analyst to join a retail organization on a Contract basis in Bloomington, Minnesota. This position focuses on turning marketing and customer data into actionable insights through AI-driven analysis, predictive modeling, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will blend strong analytical thinking with hands-on experience across marketing platforms, analytics tools, and modern AI technologies to support smarter business decisions.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze marketing, customer, and campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance insights that inform business strategy.

- Build and refine predictive models that help forecast customer behavior, campaign outcomes, and key retail marketing metrics.

- Connect and evaluate datasets from multiple business platforms to improve the quality, accessibility, and usefulness of AI-driven analysis.

- Create dashboards and visual reports in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to communicate findings to stakeholders clearly and effectively.

- Use platforms including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Ads data sources to assess digital marketing effectiveness and optimize spend.

- Partner with CRM and marketing teams to measure audience engagement, campaign performance, and customer lifecycle results.

- Apply Python and AI technologies to streamline analysis, enhance modeling approaches, and support advanced marketing use cases.

- Contribute to the use of emerging frameworks such as Lang Graph and MCP-level tools where appropriate for analytical and AI workflow development. Requirements - Proven experience in marketing analytics with a strong understanding of campaign measurement, attribution, and performance analysis.

- Hands-on expertise with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Google Ads reporting environments.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and interpret predictive models using statistical or machine learning techniques.

- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, modeling, and automation of analytical tasks.

- Experience working with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

- Familiarity with CRM marketing data and the ability to translate customer insights into actionable recommendations.

- Working knowledge of AI platforms and modern frameworks, including exposure to Lang Graph or MCP-level solutions.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical findings to cross-functional teams in a clear manner. Innovation starts with people.®
