Digital Web Manager

Description We are looking for a Digital Web Manager to lead and enhance the organization's web presence in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This contract position offers a path to a permanent role and will focus on delivering audience-focused digital experiences that are measurable, accessible, and consistent with brand standards. The ideal candidate combines strong web content leadership with analytics expertise, using insights from user behavior and performance data to guide continuous improvement.

This role works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure online experiences support business goals and evolve with changing digital needs.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee website content strategy, updates, and governance to maintain a high-quality, accurate, and engaging digital presence.

- Use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to track performance, interpret user behavior, and recommend data-driven improvements.

- Partner with Marketing, IT, Loyalty, and Operations stakeholders to align website initiatives with organizational objectives and customer needs.

- Manage content within the CMS, ensuring pages are structured effectively, optimized for usability, and consistent with brand guidelines.

- Evaluate site performance and user journeys to identify opportunities that improve engagement, accessibility, and conversion outcomes.

- Write, edit, and publish web content that supports business priorities while maintaining clarity, relevance, and consistency across the site.

- Establish and monitor digital performance measures to ensure website experiences remain effective, measurable, and continuously refined.

- Support digital enhancement initiatives, including web updates and platform-related changes, while minimizing disruption to the user experience. Requirements - Demonstrated experience managing website content and digital experiences in a detail-focused environment.

- Hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager for tracking, reporting, and optimization.

- Proficiency working within a content management system to create, update, and organize web content.

- Strong ability to write and edit web page content with attention to tone, accuracy, and user engagement.

- Understanding of website usability, accessibility standards, and brand consistency best practices.

- Experience translating analytics and user insights into practical recommendations for digital improvement.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting. Innovation starts with people.®
