Heppner Group is growing, and we’re adding Life Insurance Agents to the team.

This is a full-time, life/health-insurance role where you’ll work with warm leads from people actively looking for coverage. You’ll have real conversations, provide clear guidance, and help clients make informed decisions regarding insurance.

If you like sales, enjoy talking to people, and want to build a career with room to grow, this role checks a lot of boxes.

• Speak with clients who have requested information about life insurance, health insurance, final expense policies, etc.
• Walk clients through term, whole, and permanent life insurance options
• Ask good questions, identify needs, and recommend appropriate coverage
• Complete applications accurately and in compliance
• Follow up with warm leads and existing clients
• Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
• Hit individual performance goals with team support

• Comfortable having sales conversations
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and reliable
• Organized and able to manage multiple clients
• Life & Health insurance license preferred (support available to get licensed)
