Ty Adams Recruiting Services is seeking a full-time, on-site Insurance Agency Account Manager based in Minneapolis, MN. In this role, you will manage client accounts, address insurance needs, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include handling policy renewals, responding to client inquiries, managing claims, and providing tailored insurance recommendations. The Account Manager will also build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring all activities comply with industry regulations and agency standards.

• Knowledge of insurance policy management, claims handling, and account servicing
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to provide personalized insurance solutions based on client needs
• Proficiency in administrative tasks, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Experience using CRM tools, data management systems, and digital insurance platforms
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
• Prior experience in insurance or account management preferred
• Active insurance licensure or the ability to obtain required licenses
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus
