Drafter; Associate Director

• Create, develop, and maintain reinsurance contract documentation to support broker teams
• Draft reinsurance contracts and related documents in collaboration with brokers, clients, and reinsurers
• Interpret and assess contracts while performing quality assurance reviews
• Provide technical guidance on reinsurance concepts and contract language to stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and reinsurers to resolve issues effectively

• Four-Year College Degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with reinsurance contracts
• Extensive experience with MS Word and proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office products
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Law Degree (J.D.) is helpful but not required
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively
