* Essential Responsibilities:

*** Runs and analyzes client monthly financial reporting (MFSR) and presents MFSRs to clients.
* Provides intermediate-level financial reporting and presents results to clients.
* Works independently and/or under senior team member's guidance to assist with client budget modeling as needed.
* Recommends basic strategic and tactical initiatives based upon clinical and financial data.
* Analyzes IBNR results with senior team member oversight.
* Attends client meetings with occasional day and overnight travel required.
* Articulates how emerging market conditions impact client health and welfare plans from a cost and clinical perspective.
* Articulates employee benefit related compliance regulations, particularly as it pertains to client financial and budget needs.
* Articulates plan designs, funding arrangements, benefit/demographic adjustments, stop-loss insurance, out of network savings arrangements.
* Project management of intermediate financial/reporting/H&W benefits projects.
* Performs special projects and other duties as requested.

* Qualifications:

**
* Education:

High school diploma; college degree preferred.

* Experience:

3-5 years applicable experience, preferably in the insurance industry [at a brokerage or provider organization].
* Licensing:
Active state specific Life & Health Insurance agent’s license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
