Responsibilities
- Strong mechanical aptitude; work with tools and alignment apparatus.
- Align with customer business needs while maintaining contractual commitments.
- Logically and systematically troubleshoot hardware problems on printers, including third‑party software, networks, and switches.
- Balance and prioritize multiple activities and issues.
- Understand the financial impact of business decisions and customer needs.
- Build relationships and communicate verbally and in writing at customer sites.
- Pay attention to detail and meet administrative responsibilities.
- Make business‑based decisions, taking appropriate risk to meet customer needs.
- Think independently while following standard technological and business procedures.
- Leverage industry and company knowledge to offer solid technology solutions.
- Evaluate technical situations quickly and accurately while managing operational challenges.
- Work independently and re‑prioritize tasks based on contract, customer, and business situations.
- Ability to bend, crawl, stoop, sit, lift, and move up to 50 pounds.
- Availability to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
- Willingness to work non‑traditional days, holidays, and shift work.
- Prior customer‑facing experience.
- Technical and mechanical hardware repair experience.
- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hardware technology training preferred. College preferred.
- Pay: $34.58 per hour.
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
- 24‑month assignment.
