What You’ll Do
- Manage personal injury defense cases from start to finish, including premises liability, auto negligence, wrongful death, and foodborne illness cases.
- Work with paralegals/staff on pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and related documents.
- Take and defend depositions.
- Conduct legal research and shape case strategy.
- Represent clients in mediations and court proceedings.
- Communicate directly with insurance and corporate clients.
- 5+ years of personal injury experience (defense preferred).
- Established litigation background; trial experience preferred.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong research skills.
- Licensed to practice law (multiple states a plus).
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- $125K–200K DOE/Q.
