Overview
A law firm seeks an Associate for its Minneapolis office in the Government Services practice group. The role involves working with a team of professionals representing government agencies and companies interacting with government entities nationwide. The ideal candidate will possess strong research, statutory interpretation, writing, and analytical skills, along with the ability to demonstrate initiative and work effectively as part of a team.
Duties- Conduct legal research and analysis on government-related matters.
- Interpret statutes and draft legal documents.
- Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.
- Communicate effectively with clients and government agencies.
- Two to four years of relevant legal experience.
- Strong attention to detail and initiative.
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
- Proficient in legal research and statutory interpretation.
- Strong writing and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
