Minneapolis based law firm seeks an immigration attorney with immigration experience through any combination of internships/clerkships/coursework to join our firm. Responsible for a wide variety of family-based, humanitarian-based and employment-based immigration matters. Duties will include preparing appeals, motions, and petitions; and representing clients before the Immigration Court, U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services, U.S. Department of State and other agencies. Applicant must possess strong academic credentials, excellent research and writing skills, outstanding organizational skills as well as intercultural communication skills, and ability to work independently as well as with a team.
Fluency in Spanish language is a plus.
