Minnesota This is a fully remote associate attorney position for a Minnesota-licensed attorney practicing family law. The attorney will manage family law matters with the support of experienced paralegals, support staff, and established firm systems. In-person attendance is required for court, mediations, and client meetings as needed.
Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of Minnesota family law matters from start to resolution
- Represent clients in court, mediations, and hearings
- Draft pleadings, motions, affidavits, and settlement documents
- Advise clients on legal strategy and next steps
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
- Collaborate with paralegals and legal staff to move cases forward
- Track deadlines and case tasks using firm systems
- Licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota Bar
- 2+ years of Minnesota family law experience
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases independently
- Comfortable using legal technology, including Clio, MS Office, and other business software
- Collaborative, professional, and client-focused
$80,000 - $110,000 yearly
