One has partnered with a respected mid-sized general practice law firm in downtown Minneapolis to identify a versatile and motivated General Practice Paralegal

- Replacing a long-tenured paralegal who supported the firm for 40 years and will assist with training
- Role historically touched many areas of law — the firm understands no one person can do everything, but versatility is key
- Currently supporting two general practice attorneys
This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced position offering exposure to a wide variety of legal work. The firm represents individual clients (not corporations), providing meaningful and diverse case experience.
Responsibilities include:- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Case management across multiple practice areas
- eFiling and court submissions
- Client, court, and opposing counsel communication
- Discovery through trial preparation
- Litigation
- Corporate sale documents & entity formation
- Transactional matters
- Possible exposure to criminal matters
- 3+ years of paralegal experience preferred (open to more experienced candidates)
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn across practice areas
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplinary environment
- Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills
- Interested in growing long‑term with a stable and supportive firm
