A nationally respected law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of large law firm experience to join its Minneapolis litigation practice. This role is ideal for attorneys interested in product liability and class action work within a strong, well‑established team.

• 3–5 years of litigation experience at a large law firm
• Experience in product liability and class action matters
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent academic credentials
• Licensed in Illinois or eligible to waive

• Experience handling complex product liability disputes
• Exposure to class action briefing, strategy, and discovery
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners and teams
• Interest in long‑term growth within the Minneapolis legal market

• Support product liability and class action matters from early strategy through resolution
• Draft motions, briefs, and other substantive filings
• Manage discovery, including e‑discovery, depositions, and expert coordination
• Conduct legal research and develop strategic recommendations
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to deliver high‑quality legal work
