An established law firm is seeking a Paralegal to join their team in Minneapolis, MN! This position is full time, offers great benefits, and a competitive salary!
Their ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of legal experience. This person has strong communication skills, is highly organized, and detail oriented.
Job Duties:- Prepares legal documents for trial.
- Drafts pleadings, motions, demand letters, agreements, and correspondence.
- Communicates effectively with attorneys, opposing counsel, and debtors.
- Manage the attorneys calendar, meetings, and deadlines.
- Research cases, companies, and anticipates needs.
- Interview and communicate with new clients.
- Paralegal degree or certificate preferred.
- Works well individually and in a team.
- Previous law firm experience preferred.
- Ability to speak up about mistakes or new ideas.
