Senior Counsel or Partner

Thompson, Coe, Cousins & Irons, LLP is looking for an attorney with 10+ years' experience in civil litigation to join the growing St. Paul, Minnesota office. Candidates should have a working knowledge of state and federal civil procedure, and excellent advocacy and writing skills. Litigation or appellate experience is preferred, and previous experience with labor and employment litigation or as an in-house employment attorney is strongly preferred.

Valid Texas BAR license required.

The attorney in this position will handle the day-to-day aspects of labor and employment cases including client meetings, reporting and investigation, and taking and attending depositions, hearings, mediations and arbitrations and/or trials. No portable business or clients required.
