• Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and writing skills
• Strong academic background
• J.D. from an ABA‑Accredited Law School
• Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to be promptly admitted in Minnesota

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $210,000 – $260,000 / year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
