Job DescriptionWe are seeking a patent associate with 1-3 years of patent prosecution of experience to join a top Minneapolis law firm. This associate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of patent projects, including patent prosecution, IP litigation, licensing, and opinion work. QualificationsQualified candidates will have:
- Up to three years of patent prosecution experience,
- Top academic credentials, and
- Excellent writing skills.
USPTO admission is preferred.
Eligibility to take the USPTO exam is required.
