Litigation Docketing Administrator - Madison, WI

We are seeking a Litigation Docketing Administrator to join our Litigation team. This position can also be remote.

• Monitor federal and state court dockets.
• Research and calculate rules‑based litigation deadlines in multiple jurisdictions in order to docket and enter information into the firm’s docketing system.
• Respond to individual requests regarding specific calendar reports and calculation questions.
• Special projects and duties as assigned.

• 5+ years of recent litigation experience, preference given to candidates with litigation docketing experience using a rules‑based docketing software.
• Experience with Minnesota courts a plus.
• Experience with database management, data entry control, and reporting.
• Recent experience docketing and/or supporting litigation in multiple states, both Federal districts and State jurisdictions.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast‑paced environment, with superb attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of firm personnel.
• Ability to problem solve and use sound judgment.
• Self‑starer who values collaboration with their team.

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $65,000‑$75,000. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate’s experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
