We are seeking an immigration attorney with a minimum of 5 years of business immigration experience to join a top rated Minneapolis law firm. The department is concentrated to immigration practice on employment-related projects. These include all types of nonimmigrant work visa petitions and applications, PERM labor certification applications, EB-1 and EB-5 Applications, I-9 and e-verify advice, and placement of key employees in foreign countries.

Dorsey's immigration attorneys also support and train clients in immigration program management and compliance, and supervise the work of paralegal staff in record keeping and document preparation.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

· 5 years or more of extensive employment-based immigration practice experience, representing corporate clients and covering the above-mentioned areas of business immigration law (in particular PERM Labor Certification applications)

· EB-5 application experience strongly preferred

· Ability to manage substantial case load

· Ability to supervise paralegals

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Flexibility to meet the demands of our clients

· Excellent team player

· Strong academic background

· Foreign language ability (particularly Chinese or Spanish) preferred

· Minnesota State Bar admission preferred
