Senior Litigation Attorney - Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)

A highly respected law firm near Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator with a strong background in construction and/or business law who thrives in complex, high-stakes matters and is ready to take ownership of cases from beginning through trial.

Position Overview

We are looking for a seasoned attorney with a demonstrated track record of success handling sophisticated litigation matters. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and confident managing cases start-to-finish, including full trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from initial case assessment through trial and resolution

• Handle start-to-finish trial preparation, including strategy development and courtroom advocacy

• Draft and review all pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents

• Conduct complex legal research and provide high-level analytical insight

• Navigate multifaceted and high-exposure cases with sound judgment

• Maintain organized, accurate case files with exceptional attention to detail

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive successful outcomes

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

• Active license and in good standing in Minnesota

• Experience in construction litigation and/or business litigation

• Proven courtroom and trial preparation experience

• Strong legal writing and analytical skills

• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 (commensurate with experience)

• Bonus Potential

• Hybrid Work-Option
