About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our growing legal team. This role is ideal for a passionate advocate who thrives in a client-focused environment and is committed to securing justice for injured individuals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation and a proven track record of successful case outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution, including trial if necessary.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with medical experts, investigators, and other professionals to build strong cases.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the legal process.
• Work closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Minnesota.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury law, preferably on the plaintiff side.
• Strong litigation skills and courtroom experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Compassionate approach to client advocacy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with case management software.
• Familiarity with Minnesota civil procedure and local court systems.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
