A Minneapolis litigation boutique seeks an experienced Trial/Litigation Paralegal to join their elite trial team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex, high‑stakes litigation matters including IP litigation, financial disputes, and business litigation.
Responsibilities- Manage trial exhibits with precision and strong organizational command
- Coordinate pre‑trial submissions, witness lists, and trial logistics for multi‑attorney teams
- Serve as exhibit coordinator during trials and arbitration hearings
- Utilize e‑discovery platforms (Everlaw or Relativity) for document management and review
- Support case development, discovery, and trial preparation across case teams
- Analyze documents produced by other parties and prepare documents for production
- Assist with federal court filings, depositions, and appellate work
- Collaborate on brief preparation and other legal filings
- Coordinate video links and remote hearing logistics
- Anticipate client, case, and colleague needs proactively
- Research companies, people, and case‑related issues
- Interview potential new clients as needed
- Prepare pleadings and legal documents
- Adapt to evolving trial technology and AI applications
- Contribute to case strategy discussions as integral team member
- 3+ years litigation and trial paralegal experience preferred (will consider motivated candidates with less experience)
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Tech‑savvy with enthusiasm for learning new platforms and tools
- Ability to handle pressure and long hours during trial periods
- Exceptional multi‑tasking abilities
