We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role will offer the successful candidate an opportunity to handle a diverse range of corporate, real estate, and business law matters, be challenged with complex legal issues, and provide high‑quality legal advice to our clients. Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive legal advice and guidance on a wide range of corporate, real estate, and business law matters.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support cases and provide insightful interpretations of laws, rulings, and regulations relevant to our clients’ cases.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure our clients’ interests are well protected.
- Represent our clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, effectively advocating for their rights and interests.
- Collaborate with our legal team to develop effective case strategies, share insights, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality legal services.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of current laws and regulations, and ensure compliance in all legal matters.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the Minnesota State Bar and in good standing.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as an attorney with a focus on corporate law, real estate law, and business law.
- Proven experience in legal research and writing, with the ability to draft and review legal documents and contracts effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and representation skills, with a track record of advocating effectively for clients.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal laws, court procedures, precedents, government regulations, executive orders, and agency rules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in clear, understandable language.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality and integrity.
- A proactive and analytical mindset, with the ability to think strategically and solve complex legal problems.
