Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Privacy and Data Security Litigation Practice in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant litigation experience, either through a law firm or clerkship. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required. Our Privacy and Data Security group represents a wide range of local, national and international clients in individual and class action claims related to privacy and cybersecurity matters.
Ideally, the firm seeks a candidate with experience in matters involving the Federal Wiretap Act, California Invasion of Privacy Act, Video Privacy Protection Act, and other similar privacy statutes.
This is an excellent opportunity for professional growth in a collegial team environment of a national law firm. Active bar license in Minnesota, or the ability to waive in, is required. The base salary for this position will range from $210,000 - $245,000, depending upon experience.
